Massage involves treating the soft tissues of the body, and has many proven health benefits. These include: improving circulation, relieving pain, reducing stress and anxiety, assisting recovery from injury. aiding sleep and relaxation, and enhancing flexibility.

Massage therapy can have an enormously positive impact on a person's musculoskeletal health and their general well-being.

How we teach you on-line

How we teach the theory subjects on-line:

The theory lessons are all broken down to simple to understand 5 - 10 minute on-line sessions (over 300 ) which you can redo as often as you wish

There are many small, on-line, multiple choice quizzes at every stage to check your understanding. You can redo the quizzes (with new questions) till you pass.

There is no big final exam, or stress, at the end as you will have completed all of the assessments as you progress through the course, at the completion of each subject.

How we teach the practical skills on-line:

Your practical massage lessons are all delivered on DVD's.

To help you adopt correct massage techniques early on, we provide a FREE 1 day "Introduction to Massage" hands on training in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne Support Centers (see schedule below)

At the end of the course is a complete massage techniques assessment by our Coaches which  is conducted in your nearest Campus or Support Center.
